That Shawarma taste we love. We combine ground beef and ground lamb, along with Shawarma seasoning, onion & garlic as the base ingredients. These are often called Kofta. We serve them over a bed of saffron rice garnished with caramelized onions, and a delicious Greek yogurt cucumber raita comes packed on the side. Not modifiable. Freezes except for the Tzaziki.

Layer of polenta topped with a tomato sauce mixture of Mexican black beans, ground beef, button mushrooms, onions, garlic, and mild green chilies. Topped with cheddar cheese and roasted tomatoes. Best not frozen.

Another delicious vegetarian selection - A zucchini-filled terrine (much like a frittata) made with eggs, parmesan and gruyere cheeses, and served with a perfectly blended tomato coulis seasoned with fresh marjoram. Make it a vegetarian dinner by ordering our Brussels Sprouts salad or our Israeli couscous side dish. It is not modifiable. Freezable.

Asada seasoning for our veggie version too! Perfectly roasted zucchini, carrot, sweet potato, red onion and poblano chilies ~ layered inside a large wheat tortilla with black beans, jack cheese and brown rice for this version. You get to top it with our famous fire roasted tomato salsa. Freezable.

Traditional shawarma seasoning is mixed with onion, garlic and tiny diced red bell peppers. We serve these plant-based kofta patties on a bed of saffron rice garnished with caramelized onions, and a delicious Greek yogurt cucumber raita comes as a dipping sauce packed on the side.
