Culinary Team

The heart of our culinary program is our group of culinary professionals who have become the very essence of our brand. Many of our team members have been with us for years, crafting dishes that have become client favorites. Each team member’s commitment to our company’s vision is unwavering, and they take pride in every meal that brings joy to your table.

The Cooking Team

Alex Stricker serves as executive chef. He oversees a talented team, with Hector as his head chef. Most of the staff in the kitchen have been with company for over a decade. From the cook in charge of a unique recipe, to the dispatcher making sure the clients’ bags are correctly stocked, to the dishwasher or the prep chef dicing away, the energetic kitchen team always bring their smiles in the early hours of the morning to prepare the company’s many offerings with exceptional consistency.


A critical component to Jessie & Laurent’s dining experience is our dedicated team of delivery superheroes, the driving force behind the timely arrival of our culinary delights at your doorstep. This is a group of enthusiastic individuals who share a common mission: to bring joy and convenience to your dining moments. From double-checking your order to accommodating special requests, they take pride in going that extra mile to exceed your expectations. Your happiness is their ultimate reward.

The Driving Team

Our four drivers  – Juan, Sonia, Ismael and Antonio, are an amazing team.   They whiz around the entire Bay Area with chilled bags filled to the brim with delicious meals for the hundreds of clients dotting the Bay. Always pleasant, they will take the initiative to fill your refrigerator if need be, or drop bag on the your back porch, or simply hand it to you so that you may rest at ease and not worry about grocery shopping and dinner time!

The Office Team

Adeline, considered by many to be the “office fairy”, has been with Jessie and Laurent for over 25 years. As the Operations and Customer Service Manager, she has become the French voice behind the company’s very busy phone lines and her goal is to ensure that the clients’ needs and wishes are perfectly met. She is also the liaison between the Executive Chef, Alex Stricker, the Managing Partner, Rick Graves, the kitchen staff, and the driving team. Also on the office team with the new ownership is Tui Scheuring and Lisa Stricker – both manning those phone lines and ensuring utmost customer service to each client.
