Unsliced 3 lbs of prime rib roast of superior quality from Creekstone Farm USDA Certified Angus Beef, served with three side dishes: whipped mashed potatoes, fresh creamed spinach, delicata squash with roasted Brussels sprouts & cauliflower, not forgetting horseradish creme fraiche and classic jus for the roast. Who doesn’t love a Caesar salad? Chopped romaine lettuce, grilled fresh herb marinated chicken breast (skinless/boneless) topped with Parmesan shavings - and our divine very classic Caesar dressing. The dressing is not modifiable and is packed separately - so are the garlic croutons.

Tempted by extra salmon filets? These are beautifully baked and come un-garnished, with just a little salt and pepper. Serve them with our side dishes or our salad greens - or enjoy them solo for an extra protein boost. Best not frozen.
