Hand made turkey meatballs seasoned with fresh lemon zest, cardamom and a little scallion. We then poach to keep them lean. Served with a wonderful piccata lemony sauce with button mushrooms, capers and white wine. Not modifiable except for GF. Freezes.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts prepared with a fragrant sauce of caramelized onions, smoky Hungarian paprika, caraway seeds, white wine and sliced button mushrooms. Grab the heavenly whipped potatoes as the perfect side dish. The grilled asparagus would be perfect too. Freezable.

Perfect for our vegetarian clients! Roasted wild mushroom risotto cooked with vegetable stock, roasted Garnet yams and baby kale, finished with fresh sage, parmesan cheese, and porcini broth. The risotto is not modifiable. Freezable.

Baby spring mix with fresh romaine lettuce ~ washed and dried, accompanied with fresh seasonal vegetables, and the house made dressing. A medium is .5 pound of greens. A large is .75 of a pound of greens.

It starts with a base of specialty Columbia & Guatemala coffees roasted perfectly to get the full flavor of the coffee and its origin (never over-roasted ). The proprietary brewing method includes heating up the grounds during pre-infusion to get more flavor from the coffee, then using a Kyoto slow drip method to capture the high notes/maximum flavor from the coffee, then flash chill and charge the coffee with nitrogen.
