There’s something so aromatic about our in-house roasted and ground spices. Caraway seeds, cumin seeds and ancho chili powder are a great combo for our poached salmon. We serve it with a fresh mint, chipotle chili, sour cream mayo sauce on the side. (No modifications are possible). Does not freeze. To be enjoyed at room temperature.
A lovely appetizer or first course. Perfect with a glass of wine before dinner. A handmade frittata prepared with artichoke hearts, garlic, scallions, soda crackers, eggs, asiago and mozzarella cheese. Freezes.
