To be enjoyed at room temperature. Perfectly grilled FLANK steak with a Southeast Asian flair - we kick it up a notch with a Thai-style house-made Sriracha ’pesto’ sauce prepared with fresh coconut, basil, mint, cliantro, garlic, poblano chilies and lemongrass. No modifications possible but please indicate if you would like it sliced- otherwise, it will be whole. Freezes but preferably not the sauce.
Our vegetarian version has shredded green cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers, scallions, cilantro, cubed organic tofu marinated in soy sauce, Vietnamese "nuoc mam", garlic, and 5-spice powder. A zingy dressing with fresh mint comes on the side!
