This entree is made with fresh marinated poached salmon, organic brown rice noodles tossed in sesame oil, portobello mushrooms, and scallions in a delicate home-made ginger Tamari sauce. Best not frozen.

These vegetarian enchiladas are filled with a great roasted vegetable combo of roasted zucchini, butternut squash, eggplant, red bell pepper, garlic, red onion, with sour cream and jack cheese. Topped with a little more jack on top. This time we serve them with our classic BBQ Sauce on the side. Freezes.
Chowder with a twist! Fabulous combination of fresh shrimp, orzo pasta, applewood smoked bacon, fire-roasted and petite-diced red and yellow bell peppers, and fresh-made stock with a touch of cream. Best not frozen.
