A fun twist on traditional meatballs! These are made with ground chicken, bacon, capers, parmesan and rocket (baby arugula). Served with a shallot, brandy tomato sauce and garnished with parmesan. The vegetarian version has a colorful mix of avocado (whole on the side), black beans, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, black olives, mild green chilies, and a few scallions. Slice the avocado, and gently toss the salad with the Asada seasoned tortilla strips and the house-made ranch dressing, both of which are packed on the side.

Need more salad dressing? Our classic Ranch dressing has always been a hit. There’s something so yum about buttermilk in a dressing!

A perfect side dish of orzo (rice shaped pasta) tossed with feta cheese, lots of fresh basil, diced and cherry tomatoes, parsley in a light dressing of lemon juice and virgin olive oil.
