Aloha! Let’s pretend you are eating this delicious new dish at a roadside food truck on the north side of Maui! Mango & edamame accompany sesame coated tofu served with asparagus over sushi rice. This dish is colorful, refreshing and best enjoyed at room temperature. The dressing & the furikake/toasted rice/crispy shallot mix are both packed on the side. Does not freeze.

Need extra protein? Enjoy sesame seed crusted tuna filets with a side of our seasoned sesame honey soy sauce. Seared just a little for enjoyment at room temperature. Not modifiable. Does not freeze.

We roast our Fingerling potatoes and add lightly sauteed fresh rosemary. We pair it with our fresh green bean almandine (almonds are on the side). Does not freeze.
