Our corn tortillas are filled with roasted vegetables including zucchini, eggplant, butternut squash and red bell pepper - and Monterey jack cheese, mild chilies, sauteed red onions and garlic. Who doesn’t love a Caesar salad? Chopped romaine lettuce, grilled fresh herb marinated chicken breast (skinless/boneless) topped with Parmesan shavings - and our divine very classic Caesar dressing. The dressing is not modifiable and is packed separately - so are the garlic croutons.

A delicious side dish of whole grain (gluten-free) quinoa prepared with roasted diced zucchini, fresh peas and roasted cashews. It’s delicious as a light lunch and perfect for all our solo proteins. Freezable.
