Easter is but a moment away and we are happy to be offering our Prime Rib Roast Feast once again.
We first introduced our Jessie & Laurent Prime Rib Roast Feast for Christmas 2020 and the response was a resounding, “hurray!” It was so well received that we were inspired to deliver it again in celebration of a bountiful spring and Easter.
The roast is full of umami seasoning (think thyme and porcini powder). We do keep it whole for ease of slicing, and give you all the precise reheating instructions (just think, dinner is served in less than 45 minutes)!
This time around, we will be serving it with the classic all-time favorite side dishes of Creamed Spinach, Heavenly Whipped Potatoes, Yorkshire Puddings, Jus, and Horseradish Creme Fraiche. We have added two new items to this springtime feast; Roasted Fioretto Cauliflower (sprouted cauliflower in the same vein as broccolini) with Preserved Lemon; and for those with a sweet tooth – what better finale than Springtime Chocolate Cupcakes?
