San Rafael’s small-batch meal delivery service debuted an updated concept last year, just in time to satisfy SIP diners craving elegant, heat-and-eat comfort food like spaghetti pie, beef Bourguignon and chicken sausage cassoulet. Chef Tom McGuigan’s menus change weekly, but his most popular dish is his slow-braised beef short ribs with buttermilk-whipped cream cheese mashed potatoes and sautéed fresh marjoram carrots, he said. Delivery spans the Bay Area, and most dishes can be customized for special diets.
