Adeline has been with Jessie & Laurent since the beginning — starting out of Jessie Boucher’s house to running the office with the main focus on client care. She adds the knowledge and insight of yesterday and brilliant ideas on how to grow. We are so fortunate to have Adeline, she is the spark that ignites our energy, the smile to brighten anyone’s day, and the warmth and love that our clients feel through the phone. We are so Grateful!

I come to the office day so no WFH, and no sweatshirts/pants for me.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I have a Fine Arts Degree – and art is my other life outside of J&L


When not ordering from J&L, what is your signature dish in the kitchen?

I live on J&L but let’s say mountains of roasted vegetables done every which way.


What makes J&L different from other places you’ve worked?

The only other place I worked at was at a photography gallery so a very different world. I love the team of people here at J&L- from the founders who are dear friends to the new owners who are the PERFECT new owners.
