The Cooking Team

Laurent Boucher serves as executive chef. He oversees a talented team, with Hector as his sous chef. Most of the staff in the kitchen have been with company for over a decade. From the cook in charge of a unique recipe, to the dispatcher making sure the clients' bags are correctly stocked, to the dishwasher or the prep chef dicing away, the energetic kitchen team always bring their smiles in the early hours of the morning to prepare the company's many offerings with exceptional consistency.

The Driving Team

The three kings is what this team should be called! Ernest, Marcelo and Juan have been with Jessie et Laurent for many years. They whiz around the entire Bay Area with chilled bags filled to the brim with delicious meals for the hundreds of clients dotting the Bay. Always pleasant, they will take the initiative to fill your refrigerator if need be, or drop bag on the your back porch, or simply hand it to you so that you may rest at ease and not worry about grocery shopping and dinner time!

The Office Team

Adeline, considered by many to be the "office fairy", has known Jessie and Laurent for over 20 years. She has become the French voice behind the company's very busy phone lines and her goal is to ensure that the clients' needs and wishes are perfectly met. Also, as the company's operations manager, she is the liaison between executive chef, Laurent, the kitchen staff and the driving team. 

Megan, also included in this photo... is not working with us now, but was delightful when she was here!

Jessie, as the company's founder and CEO has her hand in all affairs but primarlily focuses on business development and marketing. Still enthralled, after more than 30 years in the business, she delights in knowing so many people are enjoying food produced by "Jessie et Laurent."
