"We have been weekly patrons now for 5 months. Everything is on the scale of yumm to OMG!!. It is mind boggling how you prepare everything such that after our reheating it comes out EXACTLY as if were served in a restaurant. Nothing is over/under done. Your sauces are to die for. Just recently, we had an opportunity to entertain some very special folks in our lives. We decided to 'muscle' up our orders over a couple of weeks and served a complete Jessie et Laurent meal. They raved over every dish and you now have 3 new customers. On behalf of our family WE LOVE YOU GUYS!"

Love your food! I was in the hotel & restaurant  industry for 20+ yrs. I am now a quadriplegic & miss cooking. However you have been a lifesaver .Here is some feedback :The Turkey for Thanksgiving  was moist, favorable  & just the right amount of poultry. The Roasted & whipped Yams were delicious . The Chicken & Olive Tagine is  so tasty.  Would like to see the Crab Cakes soon. Loved them.  Your  Baja Beef salad along with the other Beef salads are wonderful - great assortment of veggies (cherry tomatoes,  carrots, artichokes,  etc. ).  The Beef Bourguignon is one of my favorite .  I would love to see the Apple Cranberry Pie more often. So yummy. The Dutch crunch apple pie is  great. The Hungarian Sour Cream coffee cake is so moist.Perhaps you could add a Cream of Mushroom soup w/assorted, sliced mushrooms.

I ordered a week's worth of food for the first week of December.  I ordered it because my husband was going to be gone for 3 weeks on a trial.  His case settled at the absolute last minute, so we kept the week's worth of food and just supplemented with sides. Everyone loved it and I've been mentioning your service to friends as a great resource. Thank you for everything.  If we ever have a crazy week coming up, I will definitely order from you again!

I just received my very first order yesterday. We had the salmon burritos and wild rice for dinner last night (and I just had the leftovers for lunch). OMG, the burritos were delicious. Dear Jessie,
I have to say that without your help I would not be able to be the "good" mother and grandmother that I am able to be.  I think of you (and Chef Laurent) every day because you allow me to feed family, friends just about every day.
We are lucky to have our adult son and daughter-in-law living close by and they bring their 5 year old son and two year old twins over for dinner every Monday night, giving them a break from a lot of chaos.
Then we have a daughter who is a single mom by choice to a little two year old boy--we bring dinner over to them 3 to 4 nights a week so he has a sense of a family dinner, again thanks to you and Laurent.
Our middle daughter comes for dinner every one or two weeks, and the other nights might be friends coming over.
This is all due to the two of you--I could not manage without you!

your delicious food has been so important to me the past three weeks.  i broke my upper right arm in a fall and am healing well, but preparing food the first few weeks was not possible.  and even this week it is not easy.  my employer gave me a gift certificate for the first two weeks and a friend provided one for this week's delivery.  and i am paying for another week.  having good food allows me to focus all my energy on healing.

i ate today's grilled chicken salad w/sweet potatoes for lunch...it was excellent.  made my heart sing.  all the food has been extraordinarily satisfying.

i am a bit of a 'foodie'.  i have high standards.  you meet them.  thank you for being an important part of my healing.

By the way, we have just finished singing the praises of another excellent J et L meal! On Mondays and Tuesdays we get home so late – it used to mean dinner was a nightmare. Now we are smiling all evening long. It’s like my mom just moved in next door – without the guilt trips!
